New Hire/Rehire Information Form

This form is used to gather required information for a new hire or rehire of a PPC Business Line.

If this is for a Non-Union position and you have not contacted the Talent Talent Acquisition Team to draft an offer letter, do NOT complete this form. Please email [email protected] with the candidate and offer details for the onboarding process to be initiated. Offers and screenings will not be initiated by the submission of this form.

The person requesting the new hire/rehire needs to complete this form to begin the process. The PPC HR team will not start the hire process without a complete form.

Once your new hire/rehire form is submitted, this triggers multiple events:
- New hire/rehire form will be submitted to your local HR team
- New KACE ticket will be created to process the email address
- Information will be sent to the IFS team for user set up
HR and IT will keep you abreast of the fulfillment of your request. We will do our best to communicate these delays and recommend planning accordingly.
