The person requesting the changes needs to complete this form to begin the process. The PPC HR team will not start the process without a complete form. Once your information form is submitted, this triggers multiple events: The form will be submitted to your local HR team New KACE ticket will be created to process the email address (if required) Information will be sent to the IFS team for user adjustment HR and IT will keep you abreast of the fulfillment of your request.
