PPC Partners: IT Asset Order Form Step 1 of 6 16% IT Asset Order Form This form is used to order (IT assets) for any new hire or current employee of a PPC Operating Companies. The person requesting the IT asset(s) needs to complete this form to begin the process. The PPC IT team will not process IT asset orders without a complete form. Once your order form is submitted a ticket will be generated and a Service Desk professional will be assigned to fulfill your order. You will be kept abreast of the fulfillment process via the KACE platform. Until the ongoing global supply chain issues are resolved, the delivery of a completed IT asset order may be delayed.
